'Charge everything...': Ukraine appeals to its citizens as Russian missile strikes hit power plants

Ukerengo, the national energy company of Ukraine has appealed to all citizens to charge everything by Thursday morning after Russian missile strikes heavily damaged the war-torn country's power plants.
